Our Supply team ensure a high service level to our 4000 Nordic stores. The team consists of 10 dedicated Supply Coordinators and Master Data Assistants that plan and manage time schedules for the changes in the assortment or secure and optimize the flow of goods to the national Coop warehouses. 

Your key responsibilities:
The tasks in the position are many and varied, and will among other things include:
•    Problem solving on delivery issues in close cooperation with suppliers and Coops national order planners
•    Secure high service level and coordinate supplier changes, assortment changes, new product launches, and onboarding new suppliers
•    Develop supply strategies together with our Procurement department to ensure high service level and a Total Cost of Ownership within our contracts
•    Participate in cross-functional projects to drive supply chain improvements.
•    Continuously optimize the supply chain in collaboration with suppliers.
•    Solve delivery issues in close cooperation with suppliers and Coop’s national order planners to ensure optimal service levels.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
•    Have a short to medium long education in logistics
•    Have +2 years of experience within logistics, transport, or production
•    Have experience working with delivery issues and the value chain from supplier to store
•    Have experience in project management
•    Are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite, with a general aptitude for IT systems
•    Have effective written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus)

•    Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work

It is a requirement to be able to meet at the office every week; however, it is still possible to work from home a few days a week. You can expect 10-20 travel days per year with the possibility of overnight stays.
