Key responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of objectives within the Core Platform team – from design and implementation through to validation, communication with other teams, and rollout to production.
- Participate in refinement and develop new platform features
- Own and operate the platform in production across all Lobyco customers.
- Handle maintenance requests from Lobyco teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure (PaaS services)
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English. We value your ability to engage with other teams and help other projects on their DevOps practices
- Ability to use AI assistants for various tasks (coding, review, monitoring)
- Experience with maintenance of Azure Kubernetes Services in a high load production environment
- Experience with deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes (for example, with Helm)
- Advanced IaC automation skills: Terraform or ARM/Bicep
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell or any other scripting language
- Good written and spoken English
Would be a plus if you also have
- Experience with building high load multi-tenant platforms
- Experience with platform strategy and DevEx
- Strong grip on infrastructure, network, and security
- Knowledge of Python and/or Go
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and templating
- Prior experience with web applications development
- Experience with low level optimization and debugging of apps in Kubernetes and in Linux containers
