We’re looking for a mid–senior UX Designer who can operate confidently across the full design spectrum - from low-fidelity exploration to polished UI and dev-ready handovers. You’ll help shape two major products:
1. Nexus – our Loyalty & Promotions Platform, powering segmentation, personalization, offer management, and campaign execution for global grocery retailers.
2. Our native white-label mobile shopper app, used by millions to browse offers, activate missions, track bonuses, play games, and engage with loyalty programs.

What you’ll work on
Turn complex retail and promotional workflows into intuitive UX flows in Nexus.
Improve shopper-facing journeys across offers, games, shopper missions, onboarding, and personalized experiences in the native app.
Plan and execute research, including in-store interviews, observed behaviour studies and A/B testing.
Produce flows, wireframes, interaction concepts, and high-fidelity UI in Figma, using and extending our design system.
Drive alignment with product, engineering, and data teams - in Copenhagen, Bucharest, Lviv, and beyond.
Support implementation through structured handovers, edge-case definition, and design QA.
Who you are
This role is for a mid-senior level UX/UI designer who is autonomous, analytical, and capable of owning problems end-to-end.
Core competencies:
3+ years of UX/UI experience, ideally working on digital products (SaaS, platforms, native apps).
Strong communicator able to lead discussions, align with both internal and retail client stakeholders, and defend design rationale.
Strong interaction design - able to simplify complex logic into intuitive flows.
High UI craft and confidence producing dev-ready Figma.
Working with component-based design systems across web + native.
Experience using data (quant + qual) to guide decisions.
Solid research skills: interviews, field studies, usability testing.
Structured approach: discovery → options → decision → refinement → handover → QA.
Bonus points for:
Familiarity with AI-accelerated design tools (Figma Make, Lovable, or similar).
Experience in loyalty, promotions, e-commerce, or retail-tech.
Experience collaborating with distributed product and engineering teams.
Who you’ll join

You’ll work primarily from our Nordhavn headquarters, collaborating closely with team colleagues in Copenhagen and Bucharest.
