Then you might be the Quality Compliance Specialist, Auditor we’re looking for to join our ESG & Quality Compliance Team. This role is crucial in ensuring competent supplier evaluation, supplier audits, fraud risk assessments, and other compliance activities as well as handling complaints and recall incidents.
In the ESG & Quality Compliance team of nine employees our main objective is to ensure that our suppliers and products comply with Coop requirements and legislation. To achieve this, our team works closely together with our suppliers, our Nordic partners, and internally with other roles in Coop Trading.

As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you will also embody this purpose and the Coop Trading personality of being an ambitious, responsible, and passionate game-changer who challenges the status quo through knowledge and collaboration.
Key responsibilities
• Perform audits at suppliers of food and near-food products including reporting and follow-up.
• Handle complaints and recall incidents efficiently.
• Perform compliance activities, e.g., fraud risk assessments, analytical control, and internal audits.
• Evaluate supplier sites regarding compliance with set quality parameters.
Your professional competencies
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within in food, chemistry, biology, or similar.
• You have 2-5 years of relevant experience, e.g., from the food or pharma industry.
• You have experience with quality management systems and HACCP principles, and you can easily familiarize yourself with legislation, standards, and analytical certificates.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of one or more Nordic languages is a bonus.
