Key responsibilities:
• Ensure the office environment is always presentable (e.g. tidying up, emptying the dishwasher in our coffee and test kitchens, cleaning coffee machines, etc.)
• Oversee facility management, ensuring the office runs smoothly; act as point of contact for janitor, building services, and cleaning company etc.
• Handle package logistics: receive and distribute incoming parcels and manage outgoing shipments
• Welcome and assist visitors to ensure a professional and friendly experience
• Manage small office purchases and supplies
• Support larger events (e.g. preparing meeting rooms, coordinating setups for cross-country events)
• Perform a variety of administrative IT tasks and support colleagues across different departments
• Deliver ad hoc support and complete tasks across the company as needed
• Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, and calendars when required
• Contribute to continuous improvements in office processes and efficiency
You can see yourself in the following:
• You take initiative and solve practical challenges without waiting for direction
• You are well-organized and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently

• You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues, guests, and vendors
• You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
• You are fluent in English, both oral and written
• You are flexible and thrive in a role that mixes hands-on practical tasks with computer-based work
• You enjoy contributing to a positive atmosphere and supporting others in their daily work
• No formal education is required – if you have an office administration background, that’s a plus, but what truly matters is your commitment, and a proactive mindset.
• Living our personality of being ‘an ambitious, responsible, and passionate game-changers who challenge the status quo through knowledge and cooperation’.
• You enjoy being a “one-person army” – while engaging with colleagues across the entire company.
What we offer
