Our master data team is a part of the Nordic Supply Chain team and consists of 4 dedicated Master Data assistants who is responsible for timely and high-quality master data to our national partners in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. We are looking for one colleague to join our team. You can either bring experience in handling master data, or you might be taking 1–2 gap years and are looking for a full-time job during that period.
Your key responsibilities:
The tasks in the position are many and varied, and will among other things include:
• Responsible for receiving, registering, and handling samples in Coop Trading, both at the office and at an external warehouse in Kødbyen
• Scanning of prototypes and the first production samples to validate the data we receive from the suppliers
• Ensure correct data from Supplier and send it to four different data pools on both logistic and packaging data
• Handle errors via GS1 Trade Sync and Trade Solution EPD database
• Responsible for dummy/mock-up samples of the product
• Ensure that the suppliers create correct logistics labels, incl. verifying the labels from the suppliers
• Check sales ready packaging according to agreed requirements upon receiving the first production sample
• Coordinate any necessary improvements with the buyer and other relevant stakeholders
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
• You probably have a short or medium-term business education or planning a sabbatical year
• You are strong at coordinating and planning and have a “one step ahead” and ambitious mindset with a desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo
• You have a profound interest in working with and securing correct master data and understanding the high importance of data discipline
• You are an experienced user of the Office package, and have a general flair for IT systems
• You are curious and have a can-do attitude and are interested in assisting colleagues when needed
• You are detail-oriented and structured and have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work
• You are service-minded, outgoing and understand the value of collaboration
• You are fluent in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus)

It is a requirement that you are able to work from the office most of the week, as many of the tasks in this role can only be carried out on-site. However, it is still possible to work from home a few days a week.
