Are you our next Graphic Designer with an interest in packaging design? Do you want to bring your creative skills to life across some of the Nordics' most recognised private brands? We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with an interest in packaging design.
Whether you're a recent graduate or have 1–3 years of experience, this could be the perfect opportunity to start the next chapter of your career. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the opportunity for extension or a permanent role.
Join Design Development
As a Graphic Designer, you will join our Design Development team of 18 skilled colleagues.
Working closely with Graphic Designers, Creative Leads, Design & Packaging Coordinators, and Design & Packaging Leads, you will play a key role in the daily development and production of packaging artwork.
We are motivated to create attractive and impactful packaging design for our Nordic private brands: Coop, Änglamark, and Xtra. Together, we manage the entire process, from concept development and design execution to artwork production, proofreading, and collaboration with print suppliers, ensuring high-quality results every step of the way.
You will join a highly skilled creative team where motivation, collaboration, craftsmanship, and attention to detail drive everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
As our new Graphic Designer, you will:
• Create packaging concepts and designs for food and non-food products across our private brands
• Develop photo briefs and participate in remote photoshoots
• Perform basic image retouching and optimisation
• Prepare artwork, proofread content, and deliver print-ready files
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of guidelines, processes, and ways of working
• Partner with photographers, print suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution and resolve technical queries

Professional Qualifications
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Experience with packaging is an advantage, but not a requirement - we value enthusiasm, potential, and a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of print production is beneficial but not essential
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with AI tools for image generation, creative exploration, and packaging mock-ups
