In Commercial development we are passionate about creating the most attractive private brands and products that meet our Nordic Consumer’s needs – from insights and ideas to great designs and products on the shelf. In close collaboration with other departments in Coop Trading we set out to create new concepts to grow our Nordic business together with our partners in the Nordic Coops.
Your key responsibilities:
The tasks in the position are many and varied, and will among other things include:
- Analysing consumer behaviour and categories
- Identifying trends in the markets and among consumers
- Collecting input from partner markets
- Store visits and business case creation
- Coordinating events like category days
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have a relevant long education, such as an MSc in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Some experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to create actionable plans based on insights
- Understands the need of analytical work
- Good presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Able to see the bigger picture in complex structures and deliver results
- Passionate about business development and continuous improvement

It is a requirement to be able to meet at the office every week; however, it is still possible to work from home a few days a week. You can expect 10 travel days per year with the possibility of overnight stays.
