We are looking for a talented person for a temporary maternity cover for one year, as our Business Developer within Master Data goes on maternity leave. In the role as Business Developer, Master Data you will report to the Team Lead for Master Data and contribute to maintaining and developing our master data framework and processes. You will work closely with colleagues across Coop Trading who are involved in master data creation.
The role also includes cooperation with the master data responsible from our four Nordic partners, the data pools through whom we deliver data, IT developers and thousands of suppliers providing us with data. All in all, you will work across a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Your key responsibilities:
- Control the process of collecting and registering master data in line with agreed timelines and quality standards, while coordinating across departments to ensure this
- Resolve errors and misunderstandings related to the collection, processing, and publishing of master data
- Single point of contact in matters and questions regarding master data
- Give input to areas of improvement regarding processes, systems, and applications, while challenging our ways of working
- Educate stakeholders in correct master data
- Act proactively to ensure deadlines are met
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
- May have recently graduated with a higher and/or technical education (bachelor level) within logistics, IT, or a similar field
- Are outgoing, positive and good at bringing people together to solve a common task
- Have a structured and analytical mindset
- Good at keeping a clear overview
- Know how important it is with relations and networks and understand the importance of working together with both internal and external stakeholders
- Have a high level in written as well as spoken English
