  • A collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Opportunities to shape delivery practices and influence application lifecycle management.
  • Professional development and certification support.
  • Flexible working arrangements (one weekly working day from home) and modern tooling.

About the role

You’re a strong communicator who enjoys working with many stakeholders — across teams, levels, and borders. In our international setup, you’ll collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and suppliers, so solid English skills are a must. Danish language skills are beneficial.

You have an IT-related background and a structured, solution-oriented mindset. You stay focused when details matter yet act quickly when decisions are needed.

You thrive in a dynamic environment where change is part of everyday life — and you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo when something can be done smarter.

We imagine that you have the following key competencies:

  • Change Control Expertise: Strong understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks for managing application changes.
  • Release Coordination: Experience managing software releases in complex environments.
  • Agile Leadership: Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business domains.
  • Process Orientation: Ability to design, document, and improve delivery processes.

Additionally, it is an advantage if you have experience with:

  • 4-5+ years in application change management, release management, or agile delivery roles.
  • Experience with critical enterprise applications and environments, preferably SAP (e.g., ERP, Relex, Stibo etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe, or Release Management are a plus.
