Unique variety of tasks across projects and deliveries
You will be Feature Team Owner for a new, agile development team that consists of members across all our three development centres in Romania, Ukraine, and Denmark. Your team will work across all kinds of projects and deliveries instead of having a specific customer or product focus.

 

You will typically handle minor to medium sized projects of all kinds. This will provide you with a unique variety of tasks and a corresponding learning curve. Your primary tasks will be to:

 

  • Understand customer demands via communication with customers and stakeholders
  • Turn customer demands into easily understandable specs, e.g. user stories or similar
  • Ensure ongoing reporting on project status and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure on-going matching of expectations – with the customer, in the team and with other stakeholders
  • Prepare hand over of deliverables to other teams that will ensure further maintenance
  • Sometimes act as a project manager – ensuring coordination of sub-deliverables from other internal and external teams

 

Based in Copenhagen, you can expect 10-20 travel days per year to meet customers and team members with flexibility to meet your preference.

 

3+ years of experience as Product Owner, Project Manager or similar
To succeed in this position, you will need to be super adaptable and be able to radiate your personal confidence in that anything is possible – or at least until it is tested and proved not to be.

 

You also have the communication skills it takes to bridge business and IT as a smooth interpreter and enabler. Related to this, you simply like dialogue no matter if you are talking to a customer, a team member or a colleague from another part of the house. Naturally, you will also need all of your overview and planning skills that enable you to deliver as promised. Additionally, your CV comprises:

 

  • Most likely a university degree with some emphasis on IT and business
  • 3+ years of experience as Product Owner, Project Manager or similar
  • Solid experience from managing multiple stakeholders incl. steering group meeting etc.  
  • Motivation for elaborating your skills across digital products, technical aspects, retail, loyalty programmes and finance
  • Very good English skills, written and spoken
