Procurement Assistant
Do you have a strong eye for details, enjoy administrative work, and thrive on delivering great service? Then you might be our new Procurement Assistant, supporting your colleagues in Procurement with structure and commitment.
Your key responsibilities:
The tasks in the position are many and varied, and will among other things include:
• Support in project management
• Support in gathering data for negotiations
• Support in contract management
• Securing good data quality at all levels within Procurement
• Support in continuously improvement of our ways of working within procurement
• Ad hoc support in market analysis, securing samples etc.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
• You have a “one step ahead” and ambitious mindset with a desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo
• You are structured and very detail-oriented, understanding the high importance of data discipline
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work
• You have solid English skills
• You are a team player and understand the value of collaboration
• You are service-minded and attentive to your stakeholders
• You are an experienced user of the Office suite, with a general aptitude for IT systems
