At Coop Trading, we are looking for interns (students) for our procurement teams - starting in August 2024.

As an intern, you will be part of one of our three sourcing teams and will be assigned to a buyer (International Trade and Marketing student) or a Group Assistant (Logistics Management student), who will serve as your internship mentor.
 
Some of the tasks you will work on include:

  • Product registration for our four customers – Coop in the Nordic countries
  • Preparation and updating of the Product and Price list (PPL) for our four customers
  • Gathering volume data from our four customers before negotiations and tender setup
  • Tasks related to logistics optimization (pallet optimization, delivery form calculations, etc.)
  • Handling of production samples
  • Co-organizer of product presentation meetings
  • Supplier and partner communication and support
  • Tasks related to Supplier Performance, Service Level, and Forecast

 
Your background and work style:

  • You can either be a Logistics Management student or studying International Trade and Marketing – we tailor tasks and have experience with interns from both fields
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite and a general understanding of IT systems
  • Curious and proactive
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Service-oriented and good at teamwork
  • Proficient in both Danish and English, both spoken and written
